MS/MS in space |
---|
MS/MS data that is recorded in sequential mass analysers, i.e. multi-analyser machines, e.g. triple quadrupole instruments, q-tofs etc. Specific scan functions are designed such that in one section of the instrument pre-determined ions are selected, then dissociated and the resultant ions are then transmitted to another analyser for data acquisition. |
Considered between 2004 and 2006 but not included in the 2006 PAC submission |
