Mass spectrum
A plot of the relative abundance of a beam or other collection of ions as a function of the mass-to-charge ratio (m/z).
Considered between 2004 and 2006 but not included in the 2006 PAC submission

Orange Book Entry

A spectrum that is obtained when a beam of ions is separated according to the mass/charge (m/z) ratios of the ionic species contained within it.
